Welcome to our family micro bakery!

Located in Titchmarsh, a little village in the East of Northamptonshire.

We specialise in naturally leavened bread which is sourdough; good for you and good for the planet.  Our flour is organic, good for the soil, plants and wildlife as well as us! We mill our dark rye and wholemeal grains, which are sourced in England and grown organically, in house on stones to keep it fresh and flavoursome as well as full of goodness. 

This bread provides much of your gut's diversity and fibre needs. As it's fermented for at least 36 hours there is a minimal blood sugar spike compared with processed bread. 

We also create pastries and cakes using all natural products. You can taste the difference. 

We offer Fresh Organic Ground Coffee as Cappuccino or Espresso, to take away or drink here.

Either browse through our online "shop,” to order in advance or walk in and browse in person, from 9am to 11am each Saturday when the bakery is open with a wholesome selection!

Orders can be placed in advance from Saturday afternoon through to Thursday evening when the menu of the week is available through the online shop.

As I am a sole baker and produce all of these products from scratch by hand sometimes there are holidays which mean closed shop! Thank you for understanding.
