Dovely - Classic White and Poppyseed Tinbaked Loaf
Still a sourdough loaf though baked in a tin so larger, and shaped square! Naturally leavened, using the ancient method. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 1120g. Made with organic white wheat flour, and the addition of 4g home milled and hand sifted malted barley which is gown and malted in Norfolk, we collect this ourselves on our journies to Wells, the taste is creamy and delightful.
