Dovely Pure White Soft Sandwich Loaf
This sourdough white sandwich loaf is not too crusty, with the extra softening inclusion of organic extra virgin olive oil from Greece and Titchwincle honey from our very own neighbourhood bees to give it more flexibility and keep it longer on your breadboard. Pop a teatowel over it to keep it a little softer for a few days. Enjoy! When it gets a little older and firmer then toast it, and you could even make a club sandwich for your lunch pack too. As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately1100g. Made with organic white wheat flour.
