East Coast Rose, Malt and Multi Seed Tin Loaf

A malted tin-shaped version of our popular “Rose Cottage” loaf which is multi-seed, with some pre soaked crushed malted barley which we collect from a brewery where the barley is grown and malted near Wells Next The Sea in north Norfolk. There’s a seedy crust too! The taste of malt, the seeds inside and on the crust give this loaf a super feel and taste. The shape makes it versatile for sandwiches too. Bursting with flavour. Weight 1100g minimum pre-bake.

    Organic white WHEAT flour (calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), stone ground dark RYE flour, organic SESAME, pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds, malted crushed BARLEY, rock salt
