The Navigator - Classic White
This sourdough loaf is crusty, soft inside, keeps well and will be a perfect accompaniment for any meal. As with all our products this is purely sourdough, naturally leavened, using the ancient method. The pre-bake weight of this loaf is approximately 910g. Made with organic white wheat flour, and the addition of some home milled and hand sifted malted barley which is gown and malted in Norfolk, we collect this ourselves on our journies to Wells, the taste is creamy and delightful.

Prepared in a bakery where dairy, sesame seeds, nuts, eggs and other allergens are handled though great care is taken to avoid cross traffic.
